HEY, I’M SARAH! LIFE COACH FOR WOMEN WHO WANT MORE…

Women often come to me when they’re in a season of personal growth & transformation. Sometimes it feels less like transformation and more like being stuck. Wherever you are in the journey, you’re probably aware that your heart is summoning you to something deeper. You are tired of overthinking, doubting, and second-guessing yourself.

The women who benefit most from coaching with me are the women who believe there is SO much more available to them…if they could just get over the fear (what will so and so think?) that holds them back.

I’ve been there.

And I’m on a mission to help every woman I meet stop doubting herself and start living the life SHE wants to live.

Helping women love themselves (and follow their own rules) is my superpower.

I’ve spent 20 years working with women. Most recently, I helped hundreds of women lose weight, get fit, and feel confident. When I realized that my most successful clients were the ones who showed up consistently and were ready to dig deeper into their lives as a whole – something clicked.

It was clear: Developing inner confidence, leaving behind self-doubt & comparison, and learning to trust yourself were the keys to making lasting change.

Once I understood the power of holistic transformation, I trained as a life coach through Elementum to deepen my skills. Most coach training programs stop at the mindset and thought work, leaving out the reality that we are humans who need healing, through the body & emotional release. The deepest level of transformation must include the mind, body, & soul.

Now I help women acknowledge their wounds (even when they’re small and may be discounted as inconsequential), find meaningful healing, ditch the doubt and comparison, and learn how to show up for the life they actually want to liveright here, right now. No more waiting. No more dreaming. Just living on your own terms.

It’s powerful, beautiful, and honestly just so exciting to watch my clients finally come home to loving and accepting themselves instead of constantly worrying about what others think or expect. And once we uncover these core desires and priorities? We work together to develop their skills to keep going, get un-stuck, and show up with confidence.

 LIFE WILL HAVE CHALLENGES.
IT’S HOW WE LEARN TO MOVE THROUGH THEM THAT MATTERS.

I’M NO STRANGER TO LIFE’S CHALLENGES

Creating internal confidence, trusting yourself to follow your dreams, pursuing healing, and being open to personal evolution all help you create a solid foundation for when the storms of life come. Those challenges? It's not if they will come, but when.

These are just some of the challenges that have marked who I am as a woman:

  • I've miscarried five babies

  • I lost my dad unexpectedly when I was 34

  • I have been in ministry for 25 years & the God of my youth is not the God I know and love today (deconstruction was terrifying at first)

  • My husband got sick when we lived in China, and it took us years to figure out what was wrong

  • In October of 2021, I had a kidney transplant seven years after being diagnosed with CKD

This is by no means an exhaustive list. We each carry our own wounds, challenges, and stresses. But they don’t have to define us or limit the life we choose to live.

THERE IS GROWH (AND BEAUTY) IN THE HARD THINGS

I haven't come through all those things, most recently kidney transplant grinning and only seeing the positive. (That would not be healthy, by the way.) But in recovering, healing, and learning to live in my new reality, I have found lots of growth opportunities.

I've become skilled at holding the "both/and" paradox – life can be both beautiful and painful in the same season. A day can hold laughter and tears. You can be scared and act bravely. These are paradoxes life challenges force us to embrace. You are 100% whole and lovable, just as you are right now, and you can desire to grow.

One feeling does not 'win out' over the other - they are both present and valid. It all exists together. And now, I help my clients embrace their "both/and" situations with newfound empathy and deeper understanding.
